Refund policy

Our jewellry propducts have a three months warranty. Your faulty item will be assessed by our team. We will repair the item if it has a manufacture problem. If the item is not unrepairable you will receive a new item. 

Warranty does not cover loss, wear and tear, or incorrect storage of jewelry.

Charges may apply for the repair of items deemed outside warranty.
